Welcome back – The Amazing Brentwood is here for you. As we restart the centre, we remain committed to ensuring the safety of our Guests and Brentwood Community. For this reason, we are taking increased precautionary measures in accordance with recommendations from the government and B.C. Health Authority within our property as we welcome you back.

The majority of retail and services are now open at The Amazing Brentwood and ready to safely serve you with health and safety measures in place. Please visit our directory for more details on individual stores and their hours.

Please note, the following retailers remain temporarily closed:

  • KIA West
  • Michael Hill
  • Tim Hortons
  • Purdys Chocolatier

The Guest Services desk has re-opened on limited hours from Monday-Sunday between 10AM-4PM. We are currently offering the following services and amenities:

  • Gift card purchases
  • Lost and Found
  • Wheelchair and walker loans
  • Gift wrap


For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that while you are here, you:

  • Practice physical distancing and stay 2 meters apart from others
  • Refrain from visiting the centre if you are feeling ill
  • Not congregating or staying longer than necessary
  • Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitizer stations


In addition to regular daily cleaning, we have added the following precautionary measures:

  • High touch and common areas will be sanitized every hour during operating hours
  • A deep clean and full sanitation of all common areas will be done overnight
  • Disinfectant wipes are available at every entrance for your use
  • Select doors will be designated as Enter or Exit only
  • Directional arrows have been installed around the centre to ensure foot traffic keeps right in order to maintain safe and clear path ways
  • Signage enforcing physical distancing of a minimum of 2 meters is displayed, along with decals that must be followed in queues, elevators, and other applicable areas
  • Soft seating will remain minimal to prevent large groups congregating
  • The Children’s Play area will remain closed until city parks and playgrounds re-open

In regards to the COVID-19 situation and the Province of British Columbia’s Restart Plan, we are monitoring developments closely and will continue to follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada. Thank you for your cooperation!
