BRENTWOOD TOWN CENTRE BURNABY BLUES AND ROOTS FESTIVAL TICKET GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
The Contest is being conducted by Shape Property Management Corp. (”Shape”) for Brentwood Town Centre. The Contest is open to residents of Canada only (excluding residents of Quebec) who are 18 years of age and older, excluding employees and family of employees of Shape (and its affiliates), Brentwood Town Centre and tenants of Brentwood Town Centre.
There is one prize to be won, consisting of four (4) Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival Tickets, valued at $260.00 (each of which are subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Contest Rules) (the “Prize”). Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of entries received.
The Contest is open from July 24, 2017, 12pm PT to July 28, 2017, 12:00pm PT (the “Contest Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
- During the contest tag a friend on the contest Facebook post.
- During the contest period ‘Like’ Brentwood Town Centre on Facebook.
AWARDS OF PRIZE
One entry will be randomly drawn by Shape Property Management Corp. following the close of the Contest Period and the winner will be contacted on July 28, 2017. The winner will be notified immediately by email and will have three (3) business days after notification to reply. Shape reserves the right to draw another winner if no response is received. The winner must pick-up the Prize at Brentwood Town Centre Guest Services located at 4567 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, BC V5C 3Z6. As a condition of being awarded the Prize, the winner must show a government issued piece of ID, show their Facebook profile and that they are following Brentwood Town Centre on Facebook.
All participants must abide by these Contest Rules. Shape Property Management Corp. reserves the right to amend or change these Contest Rules at any time without prior notice and to cancel the Contest for any reason. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Shape or Brentwood Town Centre, or their respective affiliates, owners, managers, agents, tenants, advertising agencies, consultants, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) in connection with any such changes or cancellation.
Representatives of Shape shall make all decisions with respect to the administration of the Contest and such decisions will be final and binding. All questions regarding the Contest should be directed to “Brentwood Town Centre” located at 4567 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, BC V5C 3Z6, or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: “Blues and Roots Festival Ticket Giveaway” and attention “Promotion Administrator.”
Each entrant hereby unconditionally and irrevocably releases each of the Released Parties from all claims of any kind relating to any damage, loss or liability whatsoever suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant’s participation in the Contest or the use of the Prize.
By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. Shape reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant which it has grounds to believe: (a) tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violated these Contest Rules; (c) violated the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of Shape or any sponsor property or service; or (d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Shape reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute for the Prize (or any portion thereof) its cash value or another prize of approximately the same retail value. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged by a winner for cash or other substitutes. The refusal by an entrant to accept any Prize releases and forever discharges Shape and its agents from all obligations to that entrant in connection with the Contest, including delivery of any prize.
These Contest Rules will be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
